An FFL holder is someone authorized by the Federal Government to manage the transfer of firearms. Any store that sells firearms (legally) is an FFL holder.
When you have found a dealer to do your transfer I will need a signed copy of their FFL.
They can either fax me a copy (with your name referenced somewhere on the fax) or send one via email or regular mail.
